Payment will be made when the courier or the sipca.ro team arrives with the products at the requested delivery address, or when placing/picking up the order from the factory.

Payment is made using a debit or credit card. You will be redirected to the online payment processor we work with, NetopiaMobilPay.ro, to ensure the payment is made in complete security*. You need to fill in all the details requested by NetopiaMobilPay.ro through the form (name, surname, card number, security code). After this moment, the amount is blocked in your account, and you can verify this. If you choose this payment method, no additional transaction fee is charged.

3. CREDIT CARD PAYMENT IN INSTALLMENTS WITHOUT INTEREST

▪ Payment can be made within 24 hours, after which it will become inactive.

What material are the metal slats made of?
The metal slats are made from pre-painted steel sheet, galvanized on both sides and protected with a polymer paint layer — the same type of material used in the production of metal roofing tiles. This process ensures excellent corrosion protection and high durability over time.
The raw material is exclusively imported from South Korea, a country renowned for the quality of its steel and advanced processing technologies. At Sipca.ro, we do not use raw materials of Chinese origin, but rely solely on South Korean steel to guarantee a reliable, durable, and high-quality final product.
What is the thickness of the metal slat?
The thickness of the metal slat varies depending on the chosen finish, as follows:
- Wood Imitation – 0.40 mm
- Double Wood Imitation – 0.50 mm
- Hi-Mat – 0.50 mm
- Mat – 0.45 mm
- Double Mat – 0.50 mm
- Stone Imitation – 0.40 mm
- Digital Print – 0.45 mm
It is important to know that a greater thickness does not necessarily mean a better product. The metal slat is designed to be durable and resilient under normal usage conditions, and increasing the thickness only involves additional costs without significant extra benefits.
For example, we have fences installed with a 0.50 mm slat (Double Wood Imitation finish) that look impeccable even after 9 years of exposure to sun, rain, and wind — proof of the product's real durability.
What is the width of the metal slat?
The standard width of the metal slat from sipca.ro is 11.5 cm.
This size is not chosen randomly – it is important to consider it when comparing market offers. Although some slats may have a lower price per piece, they are often narrower, which means you will need more pieces to cover the same area.

Ce întreținere necesită gardurile Ferdis?
Gardurile metalice Ferdis sunt proiectate pentru zero întreținere. Nu trebuie lacuite, vopsite sau tratate în timp.
În plus, spre deosebire de gardurile din lemn sau compozit, nu necesită tratamente împotriva insectelor, mucegaiului sau dăunătorilor, deoarece oțelul nu este afectat de acești factori.
Recomandăm doar:
- spălare ocazională cu furtunul de apă
- evitarea bureților abrazivi,
În rest, gardul își păstrează forma și culoarea fără intervenții.
Ce distanță între elemente pot alege?
În funcție de produs (Casete, Jaluzele, Șipcă), clienții pot alege distanța dintre elemente pentru a obține gradul dorit de intimitate și ventilație.
Sistemul este flexibil: poți opta pentru distanțe mici (pentru privacy fence) sau distanțe mai largi pentru un design aerisit.

Oțelul premium folosit de Ferdis rezistă la temperaturi cuprinse între –50°C și +120°C fără deformări sau pierderi de culoare.
Straturile protective sunt gândite pentru:

- umiditate ridicată,
- radiație UV puternică,
- vânt intens,
- cicluri îngheț–dezgheț.
Sistemele noastre sunt testate industrial pentru stabilitate pe termen lung în climat continental, maritim și urban.
Pot comanda dimensiuni personalizate?
Da. Sistemele Ferdis sunt concepute astfel încât pot fi produse în dimensiuni personalizate, în funcție de model.
Înălțimea, lățimea panourilor și distanța între elemente pot fi ajustate în limitele geometriei și ale structurii fiecărui profil.
