Layer Structure
Low-carbon steel sheets are used as the main raw material. Although steel is a durable material, it needs protection against corrosion. To ensure durability, it is coated with a layer of zinc on both sides. A passivation layer and a primer layer are then applied to the steel. The process is completed with a decorative polymer layer on the front and a protective layer on the back.
